Littles Lawyers is the trading name of the Incorporated Legal Practice (ILP) Littles Lawyers Pty Ltd ACN 129117 255.
Littles Lawyers was incorporated on 7 January 2008 and and is a true full services legal firm in Brisbane, Queensland.
Our History
We have come a long way in a relatively short period of time. It all started when the firm's current Legal Practitioner Director, Peter Little, resigned as a partner of Kenny & Partners in 2002. Mr Little had been a partner of that firm since 1996 and had established the firm's Brisbane office. Mr Little essentially took over the Brisbane office, then based in St Lucia. The new firm traded as P.J. Little & Associates Solicitors. In January 2008 Littles Lawyers was established. Shortly after its formation, Littles Lawyers acquired the legal practice of the then established firm, Woodgate Hughes Solicitors. Due to increasing staff numbers, the firm was established in the large commercial office space at Indooroopilly.
The firm continued to grow both organically and through practice acquisition which included the purchase of the remainder of the Woodgate Hughes firm, more particularly the property, commercial and wills & estate division, in March 2009. Since that time the firm has worked hard to establish a Constructions & Projects Division headed by experienced construction lawyer, Reece Allen and a Korean Legal Services Department, headed by Tenny Kim.
